John Irmis

John is responsible for the financial asset management of owned and managed assets, as well as corporate finance and accounting. His asset management responsibilities include financial modeling, lender reporting, and investor entity accounting. He also oversees the property management companies’ financials and budgeting. John has 6+ years of real estate experience and is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
